Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Honarata.
The 92-year-old was last seen leaving a Rhodes Street address in Springvale about 4pm on 17 January.
Police and family have concerns for Honarata as she has dementia and may be confused.
She was headed toward Springvale Railway Station but may have headed to Sunshine North.
Honarata is described as having white grey hair, approximately 150cm tall and was wearing dark blue or black pyjama bottoms with clouds on them and a black and white striped cardigan.
Police have released an image of Honarata in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Honarata or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Springvale Police Station on 8558 8600.
