Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Kylie.
The 53-year-old was last seen leaving a Clayton medical facility on Clayton Road about 2pm on Tuesday, 21 December.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition which requires regular medication.
She is described at approximately 175cm tall, with blonde hair, and was last seen wearing a black top and white skirt with metallic gold slides.
Kylie may be travelling in a red Honda HRV, with Victorian registration AYS742.
Police have released an image of Kylie in the hope someone recognises her.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Oakleigh police station on 9567 8900.
