Northern Territory Police are concerned for the welfare of Oliver Sullivan, who was last seen at 7pm last night on Oakley Road, Herbert.
He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved, blue fishing-style shirt, striped shorts and khaki Crocs, Northern Territory Police say
It is believed Mr Sullivan stated he was going to walk to Ludmilla but has not been seen or heard from since.
The 64-year-old man suffers from early onset dementia and is registered with the Safe Return program.
Anyone with information is urged to notify police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers.
