Police are appealing for assistance from the public to find a man missing from Parramatta.
Dok Gorjok, 38, requires constant medical attention and was last seen leaving Westmead Hospital yesterday, Tuesday 11 February 2020.
He is described as being of African appearance, 180-185cms tall with a heavy build.
Mr Gorjok suffers from a medical condition that requires constant supervision and regular medication.
