Concerns for missing man Ahn Tu dang-phan

Police are appealing for public assistance to help find missing Endeavour Hills man Ahn Tu Dang-Phan.

Anh Tu was last seen at his home address in Muirkirk Close this morning around 10.30am.

Police have concerns for Anh Tu's welfare as he has a disability which makes it hard for him to communicate with people, and is currently suffering from a medical condition.

The 35-year-old answers to the name "Tu" and can also write his name.

He does not have a mobile phone or wallet with him. He is believed to be travelling on public transport in the southern suburbs.

Anh Tu is described as being around 170cm tall with a large build, short black hair, dark eyes and is of Asian appearance.

He is wearing a long black coat and navy tracksuit pants with a white stripe down each leg and is carrying a green bag.

Police have released an image of Anh Tu in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information about his whereabouts.

As Ahn Tu suffers from a medical condition, anyone who sees Ahn Tu is asked to not approach him, but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
