Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Frank.
The 71-year-old was last seen in Craigieburn about 5am on 14 March.
Frank was wearing a black Akubra hat (Wide-brimmed hat), a shirt, light grey chino shorts and blue runners.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Frank in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
