Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Michael.
The 48-year-old was last seen in Traralgon on 14 April.
Michael is described as having brown curly shoulder length hair, brown eyes, a thin build and is unshaven.
He was wearing a small hat, jeans and casual shoes.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Anyone who sights Michael is urged to call Traralgon Police Station on 5172 2700.
