Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen, Alissa.
The 17-year-old was last seen on Curran Street, North Melbourne about 8.30am this morning.
Police and family hold concerns for Alissa's welfare as she has a medical condition.
Alissa is described as Caucasian in appearance, 165cm tall with a slim build and shoulder length curly blonde hair in a ponytail.
She was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeved top, black leggings, white shoes and carrying a canvas tote bag.
Police have released an image of Alissa in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Alissa is urged to contact Melbourne North Police Station on 8379 0800.
