Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Breanna.
The 30-year-old was last seen at Traralgon Railway Station about 4pm on Sunday, 29 May.
It is believed she was catching a train to Melbourne's CBD.
Police are concerned for Breanna's welfare due to her medical condition.
An image of Breanna has been released in the hope someone recognises her and provides information on her current whereabouts.
Breanna is of medium build with light brown hair.
She was last seen wearing black leather leggings, cream coloured ankle boots and a black hat.
It is believed she is with her dog, a black and white staffy cross named Karma.
