Concerns held for missing child, NSW

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a child missing from the city.

Subo (Bob) JIN is 10-years-old and was last seen at the Queen Victoria Building in the city at 1pm today.

Bob's disappearance is out of character and his parents and police are concerned for his welfare.

Officers from Sydney City Police Area Command were informed this afternoon and commenced a search of the area without success.

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate him.

Bob is described as being of Asian appearance with a fair complexion.

He is approximately 153cm tall and has short black hair.

When last seen Bob was wearing a dark grey shirt with "Zombie squad" on it, green shorts, blue and red shoes and a hat with an elephant on it.

Anyone who sees Bob or believes they know his whereabouts is urged to contact Sydney City Police immediately.
