Connecting With Carers

Carers are invited to our monthly carers walk to connect with other carers and build their support network. The next wellness walk is on 27 July.

In Knox there are over 17,000 carers who provide support to family members or a friend.

The Pathways for Carers wellness walks provide opportunities for the carers to share their lived-in experience with other carers that face similar issues and challenges.

Enjoy an easy flat walk along Ferny Creek Trail that takes 30 minutes (round trip) - a complimentary hot drink is included.

Carers can also learn more about the services and support Council provides. Our Healthy Ageing Specialist Jia Xu from Knox Council will be joining the July walk to facilitate a fun session on exploring digital technology.
