Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 20-year-old Corey Young.
A warrant has been issued for Young's arrest.
Investigators have released an image of Young in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is Caucasian in appearance, about 180cm tall with a solid build, short brown hair, a tanned complexion and a nose ring.
Young is known to frequent the Latrobe Valley, East Gippsland and Dandenong areas and is possibly driving a white Commodore.
