Bankruptcy and director interviews

If you have been invited to attend an interview at one of our offices by Official Receiver staff, please contact the relevant office by telephone or email as a matter of urgency so that alternative arrangements can be made. Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number when you contact us. You still have a duty to cooperate with the Official Receiver and to provide information as required.

Support for businesses

The government has provided guidance for businesses and announced a package of measures to provide support to ensure the impact of COVID-19 is minimised.
