Knox City Council are undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) process for the tenancy and management of five Council facilities.
We are seeking applications from non-profit community groups and organisations whose purpose and activities align with Council plans, policies and objectives for the benefit of the Knox community.
The properties included in the EOI are:
- Knox Gardens Community Hall - 46-78 Argyle Way, Wantirna South
- HV Jones Community Hall - 33 Kingston Street, Ferntree Gully
- Scoresby Hall - 17 Darryl Street, Scoresby
- Boronia Progress Hall - 134 Boronia Rd, Boronia
- 1 Rollings Road, Upper Ferntree Gully
Key dates
Applications will be open from 9am, Tuesday 7th April 2026 until 5pm, Tuesday 5th May 2026.
Inspections
Interested groups can email [email protected] to book a facility inspection. Inspections must be booked prior to 7th April 2026 and will run between 8th April and 16th April.
