Willoughby City
Community groups are invited to apply for discounted (concessional) hire of Willoughby City Council's venues and facilities for the January 2026 – December 2027 period.
Eligible groups can access reduced hire fees for a range of community spaces across the Willoughby local government area. A full list of available venues is in Appendix B of Council's Community Facilities Hire Policy.
To apply, complete a Concessional Hire application form via Council's online application system. Please read the eligibility information in the Community Facilities Hire Policy before applying, as it explains who can apply for concessional hire and the situations where it does not apply.
