Council Working On Solution

MidCoast Council

MidCoast Council is advising the community of a fault with the irrigation system at three locations: the North Tuncurry Complex, Tuncurry Sports Complex and the Tuncurry Cemetery.

Council crews have identified the fault and are actively working on a fix to restore normal operation as soon as possible. In the meantime, there may be some visible impact on turf conditions.

"Our crews have pinpointed the fault and are actively working on the repair" said Paul De Szell – Director of Liveable Communities. "While the grass may look stressed in the short term, we're confident it will recover quickly once the irrigation system is back up and running."

Council teams will continue to monitor the sites and undertake remedial works as required. The community's patience is appreciated while the repairs are completed
