The NSW Government has announced a seven-day state-wide lockdown from 5pm this evening, Saturday 14 August 2021. The lockdown includes the Kiama municipality.
This means the following Kiama Council facilities will be closed to the public:
- Kiama Leisure Centre
- Kiama Library
- Old Fire Station Gallery
- Kiama Coast Holiday Parks
- The Pavilion
- SENTRAL Youth Services
- Kiama Visitor Information Centre
- Blue Haven Aged Care Home
- Council Administration Building
While our public facilities will be closed our critical services will continue, including waste collections.

Our outdoor recreational spaces remain open to those who live within a 5km radius and are using them for exercise under the conditions set out by NSW Health: www.health.nsw.gov.au
