Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Craig Kyle.
There is a warrant to arrest the 34-year-old for theft and weapons related offences.
Kyle is known to frequent the Hume and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Kyle in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
