We're looking forward to welcoming customers back to our Customer Service Centre and Willoughby Leisure Centre pool from Monday 18 October.

In order for Willoughby City Council to reopen to the public, we are required to follow mandates by NSW Health and the NSW Government. To visit our Council venues you are required to:

  • be doubly vaccinated and able to provide relevant documentation upon request (over 16s)
  • wear a mask (over 12s)
  • check into the venue
  • practice social distancing

We have COVIDSafe plans in place and will be undertaking regular cleaning of our facilities. We'll be adhering to the 4 metre rule, so there will be some caps in capacities, and in many settings signage and other markings will encourage social distancing.

All our staff are fully vaccinated. Please be patient with our staff while we open our services and venues in line with public health orders.

Customer Service Centre

To keep our staff and customers safe we ask that you make an appointment by calling (02) 9777 1000 should you need to visit us in person.

Due to building works on the ground floor of our Victor Street office, access to the Customer Service Centre is via the rear entrance adjacent to the Interchange and Garden of Remembrance.

Alternatively, our call centre is still operating and our staff are well equipped to respond to wide range of service requests and to provide information about our services and programs.
