A cyclist has been rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with head injuries after he was hit by a car at Dernancourt, according to SA Police.
Just before 1pm on Sunday 22 July, a Subaru wagon exiting a shopping centre on North East Road collided with a cyclist.
The male cyclist received serious head injuries, he was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a serious condition.
Major Crash Investigators are examining the circumstances surrounding the crash.
City bound traffic on North-East Road is being diverted around the crash site, please avoid the area if possible.
There were no other injuries.
