Dangerous Driving Incident, Warrego Highway At Ipswich

Police would like to thank members of the public for their assistance following a dangerous driving incident in the Ipswich area this morning, June 11.

Around 8am, officers observed a red Mitsubishi Lancer travelling along the Brisbane Valley Highway at Ironbark.

It will be alleged that the driver proceeded to travel in a dangerous manner throughout several areas of Ipswich before police successfully took the 23-year-old female driver into custody without incident on the Warrego Highway at Bundamba.

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Members of the public who believe they may have been involved or had their vehicle damaged during this incident are urged to contact police.
