Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Daniel Harrison.
A warrant has been issued for the 36-year-old's arrest for handle stolen goods and drug offences.
He is known to frequent the Southbank and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Harrison in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
