Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Daniel Mercuri.
The 34-year-old is wanted on multiple warrants for drug possession and fraud.
Investigators have released an image of Mercuri in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Mercuri is described as 167cm tall and has an olive complexion.
He is known to frequent the Thomastown, Coburg and Maribyrnong areas.
