Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Daniel Ponchard.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to threats and failing to appear in court.
He is described as 180cm tall, medium build and brown hair and is known to frequent the Epping area.
Investigators have released an image of Ponchard in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
