Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 33-year-old Dean Payne.
A warrant has been issued for Payne's arrest for failing to answer bail.
Investigators have released an image of Payne in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is Caucasian in appearance, about 190cm tall with a solid build, brown eyes, a fair complexion and a 'Soulja' tattoo on the inside of his left forearm.
Payne is known to frequent the St Albans area.
