Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Wheelers Hill man Dean Soyka.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court for assault-related matters.
He is known to frequent the Dandenong and Frankston areas.
Investigators have released an image of Soyka in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as being 194cm tall, with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.
