Police are investigating the death of 45-year-old woman in Annerley overnight.
Police were called to a unit in Franklin Street at 9pm and located the woman deceased in the unit.
A 53-year-old man, who is known to the woman, was located at the unit and is assisting police with their inquiries.
A crime scene has been declared and investigations to determine the cause of death of the woman are ongoing.
