Mount Isa police investigating the death of a man at Happy Valley this morning are treating his death as suspicious, Queensland Police say.
Police and emergency services were called to an Emerald Street home just before 4am where a 40-year-old man was found unconscious.
CPR was performed on the man however he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A crime scene has been declared with police including uniformed officers, Mount Isa detectives and Scenes of Crime officers currently at the house.
Two people are assisting police with their inquiries.
There is no further information available at this time and investigations are continuing.
