Detectives arrest man following Noble Park stabbing

Dandenong Crime Investigation Unit detectives have arrested a man following a stabbing at Noble Park in October last year, Victoria Police say.

It’s alleged a 24-year-old Berwick man received life threatening injuries after he was stabbed multiple times after attending a party in Ian Street on Saturday 1 October.

He has since been released from hospital.

Investigators arrested a 29-year-old Hallam man at his Belgrave-Hallam Road about 7.50am on Friday morning.

He was remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today charged with attempted murder and intentionally cause serious injury.
