Wyndham Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a burglary and use of stolen credit cards this month, Victoria Police say.
It is believed an unknown male burgled a house in Hoppers Crossing earlier this month.
A number of items including a credit card was stolen, the card has since been used at numerous shops in the Werribee, Tarneit and Point Cook areas.
Investigators have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
