Detectives investigate robbery on bus

Transit Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a robbery involving two men who targeted a man on a bus in the Noble Park area on 3 September, Victoria Police say.

It is believed the victim boarded a city bound bus in Pakenham before being approached by two men who allegedly threatened to stab him before stealing his mobile phone, wallet and shoes between 7.30 - 8.30pm.

The two men were accompanied by a female associate and all three left the bus at Southern Cross Station and caught a tram towards St Kilda.

No injuries were reported in this incident.

Investigators have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
