Detectives investigate Sunbury aggravated burglary

Police are investigating an aggravated burglary at an address in Sunbury last month, Victoria Police say.

Police have been told three unknown male offenders gained entry to the O’Shanassy Street unit about 4am on 28 March.

Two male occupants attempted to barricade themselves inside the home but the offenders gained entry to the property shortly before police arrived.

Police pursued the offenders on foot onto Evans Street but all three fled in a silver Mazda 2 hatch.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

One male is described as aged in his 30s, solid build, perceived to be of Southern European or Middle Eastern appearance and was wearing a black jacket and pants and had black hair in a ponytail.

The second male is described as aged in his late 20s/early 30s, perceived to be of Southern European or Middle Eastern appearance and was wearing a black cap, black jacket and green pants.

The third man is described as aged in his 20s/30s, slim build, black hair, perceived to be of Asian appearance and was wearing a green jacket and blue pants.
