Detectives seek assistance wiht Wheelers Hill burglary

Monash Crime Investigation Unit detectives are seeking assistance following a burglary in Wheelers Hill last month.

Investigators have been told a man attended at a residential property in Brandon Park Drive about 1pm on 2 July where he attempted to gain entry to the house.

He then attended the unlocked garage and stole power tools and gardening items before fleeing.

Investigators have released images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is described to be aged in his 40s to 50s, Caucasian with a medium to solid build 198cm tall, wearing a blue cap, black jacket with white stripes down the sleeves, grey v-neck shirt and blue jeans.
