A Springvale man has will face court next month after scoring straight ‘D’s for his driving at Springvale overnight., Victoria Police say
It’s alleged the 29-year-old man, who is a disqualified driver, was detected drink driving in a drive-thru about 12.05am this morning.
Springvale police were called to the Springvale Road business after the man held up traffic in the queue of the fast food outlet.
As a result of providing a positive preliminary breath test the man allegedly returned a reading of 0.303% following an evidentiary breath test.
His car has been impounded for 30 days and he will have to pay $961 towing and storage costs to get it back.
He has been bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 20 October charged with drink driving, driving while disqualified and driving under the influence.
