The CDPP's Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2026-29 is now available.
The strategy demonstrates the CDPP's commitment to embedding a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the diversity of the Australian community we serve, enhances the experience of our staff, and allows us to deliver an effective, high-quality prosecution service.
The strategy provides a three-year roadmap that sets out our commitments to:
- ensuring diversity and inclusion are actively and visibly promoted.
- equipping the CDPP workforce with the knowledge and skills required to embrace and embed workplace inclusion across the Office.
- driving a consistent, supportive, and respectful approach to inclusion and seek to create career pathways for diverse talent.
