Does your mobile phone lose service in Hawkesbury?

Hawkesbury City Council wants to help community members to find solutions to improve telecommunications in the Hawkesbury, and we need your help to locate all the black spots!

Council's Innovation and Partnerships Committee met this week, which is chaired by Councillor Sarah Richards. The committee members discussed the status of Council's current enquiries into telecommunications in the Hawkesbury, the Mayor of Hawkesbury, Councillor Patrick Conolly said.

"If your area has telecommunication problems, we want to hear from you," Mayor Conolly said.

"It should only take you a couple of minutes to do, but it is your way of helping us try to sort this out.

"This is your chance to have your say on telecommunications issues in the Hawkesbury," he said.

Community members are strongly encouraged to make a submission by Sunday, 22 August 2021 at yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au/ccn Your submission should include:

  • Your name
  • Your suburb
  • The phone or internet issue
  • How the unreliability/lack of service affects your safety, business or family life.

If you cannot submit online, please call Council's Customer Service to make a phone submission on 4560 4444.
