Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Donald Atkinson.
The 36-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court to answer criminal damage and weapons offences.
Atkinson, who is also known as Donald Stewart, is approximately 175cm tall with a medium build and black hair.
Atkinson is also missing his left arm.
Police have released an image of Atkinson in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Atkinson is known to frequent East Gippsland and Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Anyone who sights Atkinson is asked not to approach him and contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
