Two people have died following a single-car collision in Denver last night, Victoria Police say.
Investigators believe a car was travelling north along Daylesford-Malmsbury Road when it swerved to avoid a kangaroo about 9.30pm.
The car left the road and hit a tree.
Both occupants of the car, a male driver and female passenger, both died at the scene.
