Transit Safety Division officers nabbed a drink driver in Dandenong early this morning, Victoria Police say.
Police intercepted a vehicle on Langhorne Street just after 1.30am and the male driver returned a positive preliminary breath test.
He was taken back to a police station where he returned a blood alcohol concentration of 0.184 per cent.
The 35-year-old man had his licence suspended for 12 months and served with a notice to surrender his car for 30 days.
He is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving offences at a later date.
