Driver dies after single-vehicle crash - Chifley

A man has died following a single-vehicle crash in the state's central west at the weekend.

About 2.30pm yesterday (Sunday 28 May 2023), emergency services were called to Dog Trap Lane, Forest Reefs, following reports of a single-vehicle crash.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle - a 63-year-old man – may have suffered a medical episode before his vehicle left the road and stopped in a paddock.

Emergency services including officers from Chifley Police District attended and located the man who had died at the scene.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
