Driving instructor charged with sexual touching - Wetherill Park

A driving instructor has been charged after he allegedly sexually touched a woman during a driving lesson at Wetherill Park at the weekend.

About 8am on Saturday 6 July 2019, the 59-year-old man collected the woman from her home. During the lesson it is alleged the man inappropriately touched the woman on several occasions.

Following the lesson, the man returned the woman home and on Tuesday 9 July 2019, the woman reported the incident to police.

At 9.15am yesterday (Wednesday 10 July 2019), police attended Crabb Place, Cabramatta, and arrested the man. He was taken to Fairfield Police Station and charged with sexually touch another person without consent (x2), and incite other to do sexual act with them without consent.

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court on 7 August 2019.
