Drug and property charges in Helensvale, QLD

Police have charged seven people with drug and property offences after a search warrant was executed in Helensvale this morning, June 7, Queensland Police say.

It is alleged about 7.30am at a residence in Glenwater Cresent, a quantity of cash, drugs and other items of property were located after the execution of a search warrant.

A 52-year-old Helensvale man is charged with one count each of possess dangerous drug schedule 1, possess dangerous drug, possess utensil, possession of property suspected having been used in the commission of a drug offence, possession of tainted property.
He is expected to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow, June 8.

A 27-year-old Jimbomba man has been charged with possession of explosive (ammunition), breach of bail, contravene domestic violence order, possessing dangerous drug, possession of property suspected having been used in the commission of a drug offence, unlawful possession of restricted drugs and fail dispose of syringe. He is expected to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow, June 8.

A 32-year-old Helensvale woman has been charged with one count each of possess dangerous drug schedule 1, possess dangerous drug, possess utensil, possession of property suspected having been used in the commission of a drug offence and possession of tainted property. She is expected to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow, June 8.

A 17-year-old Helensvale man has been charged with one count each of possession of utensil and possession of dangerous drugs. He is expected to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on July 12.

A 12-year-old Helensvale girl has been charged with one count each of possessing dangerous drug and possession of property suspected having been used in the commission of a drug offence.

A 19-year-old Helensvale woman has been charged with one count each of possession of utensil and possession of dangerous drugs. He is expected to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on July 12.

A 20-year-old Helensvale woman has been charged with been charged with two counts of unlawful possession of restricted drugs and one count each of possession of property suspected having been used in the commission of a drug offence and fail dispose of syringe. She is expected to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on July 12.
