Drug and Firearms Squad have charged two men for allegedly supplying more than $75,000 worth of drugs and possessing a firearm following an investigation under Strike Force Mundrabilla.
Strike Force Mundrabilla was established in June 2025 by State Crime Command's Drug and Firearms Squad to investigate the alleged manufacture and supply of prohibited drugs in Sydney's west.
During the investigation, strike force detectives identified two men allegedly behind the supply of 340 grams of methylamphetamine.
Following extensive inquiries, strike force detectives executed five crime scene and search warrants in North Parramatta, Northmead, Guildford, South Wentworthville and Lidcombe.
During the operation, strike force detectives allegedly seized a loaded semi-automatic pistol, 100 rounds of ammunition, a further 280 grams of methylamphetamine, 19 grams of cocaine, drug supply paraphernalia, electronic devices, Rolex watches and around $8000 cash.
About 5.10pm on Friday 13 February 2026, strike force detectives arrested a 44-year-old man in North Paramatta.
He was taken to Parramatta Police Station and charged with supply prohibited drug commercial quantity, two counts of supply prohibited drug greater than indictable & less than commercial quantity and supply prohibited drug large commercial quantity.
About 6pm, strike force detectives arrested a 46-year-old man at a carpark in Lake Parramatta.
He was taken to Paramatta Police Station and charged with supply prohibited drug commercial quantity, two counts of supply prohibited drug greater than indictable & less than commercial quantity and supply prohibited drug large commercial quantity.
Both men were refused bail and appeared at Bail Division Local Court 6 on Saturday 14 February 2026, where they were further refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court Wednesday 8 April 2026.
