Drug warrants in south east

Investigators from Southern Metro Division 3 Divisional Response Unit have arrested six people as part of a 10 month operation in to drug trafficking in the Springvale area.

Four search warrants were executed today at residential addresses in Annafee Ave, Keysborough; Spring Road, Springvale; Bellvue Court, Noble Park North; and Preston Ave, Endeavour Hills.

Police seized substances from the addresses alleged to be methyl amphetamine and cocaine, as well as large quantities of cash and a pill press.

A 25-year-old Keysborough man was charged with traffick a large commercial quantity of a drug of dependence.

A 35-year-old Endeavour Hills was charged with traffick a drug of dependence

Both were remanded to appear Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 23 August

A 31-year-old Endeavour Hills woman was charged with traffick a drug of dependence and bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates' Court on 30 September.

A 55-year-old Endeavour Hills woman was charged with possess the proceeds of crime and was also bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates' Court on 16 October.

A 27-year-old man and a 35-year-old man, both from Noble Park North, were released pending further enquiries.
