Drugs, weapons found in business in Blacktown

Police have located and seized a quantity of prohibited drugs and weapons following a search of a business at Blacktown today.

About 5.50am (Thursday 9 November 2017), officers from the Transport Action Group, North West, executed a search warrant at a business in Blacktown, NSW Police say.

During the search police will allege they located and seized synthetic cannabis, drug implements, prescription drugs, an extendable baton and a knuckle duster.

A 41-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Blacktown Police Station.

He was charged with supplying a prohibited drug and two counts of possess prohibited weapon.

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Blacktown Local Court on Tuesday 5 December 2017.
