Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Duc Bui, Victoria Police say.
The 27-year-old is wanted on an outstanding warrant for drug and traffic offences.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne area.
Police have released an image of Bui in the hope someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
He is described as 175cm tall with brown hair.
Anyone who sights Bui is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
