Police are continuing to investigate a fatal house fire that occurred at Waanyarra yesterday morning.
Emergency services were called to a property following reports of a fire at a property on Bridgewater-Dunolly Road just before 12.30am.
One person was located deceased inside the property.
Police are yet to formally identify the deceased and will await results of forensic testing.
A crime scene was established, and investigators are yet to determine the exact cause of the fire and the investigation is ongoing.
