An employee has been charged after two women were allegedly sexually touched while having clothing altered at a business in Sydney's Inner West.

In March this year, officers from Leichhardt Police Area Command commenced an investigation following reports a 30-year-old woman had been sexually touched by a man at a clothing alteration business in Glebe.
