EPA Victoria has laid charges on Glen Ora Estate Pty Ltd and both company directors, Ronald Silverstein and Robert Apostoloff.
The case involves the alleged dumping of industrial waste at Solomon Heights Estate, Sunshine North, between 24 February 2021 and 16 September 2021.
It is alleged amongst the industrial waste was Category B contaminated soil that included asbestos material, waste glass, brick and tiles.
The company and directors have also been charged with contravening a clean-up notice.
The case was investigated by EPA's Environmental Crime Branch, and the charges are due to come up for first mention at the Broadmeadows Magistrates' Court on 10 August 2023.
