Police are investigating a fatal fire in Epping early this morning.
Emergency services were called to reports of fire coming from a Dilop Drive factory about 3.40am.
Fire crews extinguished the blaze and a deceased person was located inside.
A crime scene has been set up while investigators determine the cause of the fire.
